Shipping times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on the delivery location, courier workload, customs processing, and public holidays. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Please note that NURA FASHION is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, import duties, taxes, or additional inspection procedures required by local authorities.
📍 Delivery Responsibility
Once a parcel has been successfully delivered to the provided shipping address, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout, including apartment or unit numbers where applicable.
Orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses may experience delays or non-delivery. Unfortunately, addresses cannot be modified once an order has been placed.
If a parcel is returned due to an address issue, we will assist where possible, however reshipping fees may apply.
